We bulk ordered these harnesses for network upgrades across several regional stores. The polarity was consistent on every cable, so our field team did not have to double-check each one during setup.

FAQ
Ask a QuestionFind answers to common questions about our products.
Why does the MPO side use 8 fibers instead of 12 fibers?
SR4 links use four transmit lanes and four receive lanes, so 8 active fibers are enough. MPO-8 avoids the unused fibers often seen in MPO-12 SR4 cabling.
Can this UPC cable connect to an APC-interface module?
No. This cable is UPC on both the MPO and LC ends, so it should be used with UPC multimode SR interfaces only.
What should I check when routing this OFNP breakout cable?
Confirm the plenum requirement, LC branch labels, polarity, and bend radius before installation. Avoid pulling on the LC breakout legs, especially in high-density patching areas.
Questions & Answers Title
Ask a questionThe UPC end faces looked clean, and the links stayed stable with our existing modules. We mainly use them for intra-rack connections, and short high-speed runs have been trouble-free.
These AICPLIGHT jumpers went into server cabinets at our hosting facility, and the branch lengths are easy to manage. The harness looks much cleaner than a pile of separate duplex cords.
