Can the four 200G branches connect to four different servers?

Yes. Each QSFP112 branch can connect to a separate 200G NIC or DPU port. They still share the same parent 800G switch port, so the switch must run the correct 4×200G breakout mode.

If I only use three branches and leave one unplugged, will the other links work?

Yes. Once breakout is configured, each branch operates as an independent logical port. An unused branch will normally remain down or disabled and should not affect the connected branches.

When should I choose this 4×200G QSFP112 ACC instead of another breakout cable?

Choose this cable when the switch side is 800G OSFP and the server side needs four 200G QSFP112 connections. If your server ports are 400G, OSFP-based, or require a longer optical reach, a different breakout cable or optical solution may be more appropriate.
