Can this 40G QSFP+ AOC be used in a Cisco Meraki stack port?
No. Dedicated stack ports usually require vendor-specific stacking cables. AICPLIGHT 40G QSFP+ AOC is intended for QSFP+ service, uplink, or data ports, not proprietary physical stacking ports.
Can this cable connect 40G QSFP+ switches from different vendors?
Yes, as long as both ports support 40G QSFP+ AOC operation and the correct compatibility is applied. Mixed-vendor links should be checked by switch model and firmware version before ordering.
What customization options are available for this 40G AOC?
AICPLIGHT can support customization such as compatibility, cable length, cable color, label content, label color, and operating temperature options. Project-specific requirements can also be reviewed before production.
Can this 40G QSFP+ AOC be used in a QSFP28 port?
Only if the QSFP28 host port supports 40G QSFP+ operation and can be configured to 40G mode. Some 100G QSFP28 ports do not support 40G fallback, so the device specification should be checked first.
