Is this cable a regular 800G cable or a 1-to-4 breakout cable?

It is a 1-to-4 breakout cable. One 800G OSFP end breaks out into four 200G QSFP112 ends for NDR short-reach copper links.

My 200G ports are OSFP, not QSFP112. Can I still use this cable?

No. The breakout ends are QSFP112, so they cannot be plugged into OSFP ports. If your 200G device side uses OSFP, you need an OSFP breakout-end cable instead.

Which side should the OSFP Finned Top end connect to?

The OSFP Finned Top end is typically used on the 800G OSFP side, where higher port density and thermal handling are required. The four QSFP112 ends connect to the 200G branch-side ports.

How far can this active copper breakout cable run?

This type of 800G to 4×200G QSFP112 ACC can support up to 5m, depending on the selected length and host system support. It is designed for short-reach copper cabling where passive DAC distance is not enough.
