Yes, AICPLIGHT 400G OSFP can link to 800G Twin-Port modules using two MTP-12/APC OM4 or OM5 patch cables for breakout connections.
No, OSFP and QSFP-DD are different form factors, and OSFP modules cannot be inserted into QSFP-DD ports.
Differences are mainly on the electrical channels: OSFP-400G and QSFP112-400G use 4×100G PAM4 lanes, while QSFP-DD-400G uses 8×50G PAM4 lanes; all use 12-core MPO multimode fiber.
