Yes. AICPLIGHT 400G QSFP112 SR4 can interconnect with a compatible 400G OSFP SR4 or VR4 module when both ends support the same optical lane rate and use MTP/MPO-12 multimode fiber.

Can this module connect to an 800G Twin-Port 2xSR4 module?

Yes. Two AICPLIGHT 400G QSFP112 SR4 modules can connect to one 800G Twin-Port 2xSR4 module using two OM4 or OM5 MTP/MPO-12 APC patch cables.
