What fiber cable should I use for this 1G SX module?

Use a duplex LC/UPC multimode fiber patch cable. With suitable 50/125μm multimode fiber such as OM2, OM3, or OM4, the link can typically reach up to 550m.

Can I plug this 1G SFP module into an SFP+ port?

It can work only if the SFP+ port supports 1G SFP operation. The port may need to be configured for 1G speed, and it will not operate as a 10G link.

Can this 1000BASE-SX module connect directly to a 1000BASE-LX/LH module?

No. 1000BASE-SX uses 850nm multimode fiber, while 1000BASE-LX/LH uses 1310nm single-mode or mode-conditioned fiber depending on the link design. Both ends should use matching optical standards.
