Can this module be directly deployed on DGX B300 or DGX GB300 servers?

It is not recommended for direct server-side deployment. This 1.6T 2xDR4/DR8 module is typically used on the switch side, such as Quantum-X800 switches, while the server side usually uses 800G DR4 OSFP224 Flat Top transceivers.

Is this module compatible with NVIDIA QM9700 or QM9790 switches?

No. QM9700/QM9790 switches belong to the NDR platform and typically use 8×100G SerDes, while this 1.6T XDR OSFP224 module uses 8×200G-class SerDes. The rate architecture is different, so they are not compatible.

Can this 1.6T module connect to an 800G 2xDR4 module on a QM9700 switch?

No. The 800G 2xDR4 module on QM9700 is typically based on 100G PAM4 per lane, while this 1.6T 2xDR4/DR8 module uses 200G PAM4 per lane. The lane rates are mismatched, so they cannot interconnect.
