No. QM9700/QM9790 switches belong to the NDR platform and typically use 8×100G SerDes, while this 1.6T XDR OSFP224 module uses 8×200G-class SerDes. The rate architecture is different, so they are not compatible.

Dual LC Duplex connectors support two separate 800G optical links through two LC duplex interfaces. Compared with MTP/MPO-based parallel optics, this design uses fewer fibers and provides simpler cabling for point-to-point links up to 2km.
Throughput has been very solid under heavy traffic. The dual-port design works well for our high-density InfiniBand XDR deployment.
