No. Use a breakout-capable interconnect, such as 100GbE SR4 with an MPO breakout harness or a 100GbE-to-4×25GbE DAC/AOC. Duplex WDM optics such as 100GbE CWDM4 and LR4 are designed for point-to-point 100GbE links and cannot split into four independent 25GbE connections.
