How is MCX653106A-HDAT different from the ECAT version?

HDAT is the 200G-class version, supporting HDR InfiniBand and 200GbE. ECAT is the 100G-class version, supporting HDR100, EDR IB, and 100GbE, so it should not be selected for full HDR 200G links.

Is this the right card when I need two 200G server links from one PCIe slot?
